Sacred Designs and Creative Healing is committed to a professional, therapeutic practice. In order to provide you with the best treatment possible, we ask that you arrive at or 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled time, free of any recreational substances (alcohol, cannabis, etc.). Please refrain from heavy perfumes and other strong odors. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is expected at the time of services rendered unless previous arrangements have been discussed and approved. Thank you!

If you show up more than 15 minutes early to your massage, you may find yourself waiting for me to open the door. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Light to medium pressure massage using a combination of long strokes, pressure holds, kneading, and circular strokes. This type of massage is excellent for increased circulation, stress reduction, and overall relaxation. Gentle abdominal massage is offered with this treatment, please request when scheduling.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep Tissue Massage uses the same strokes as Swedish Massage and starts with light to medium pressure, slowly working into the deeper layers of muscle and tissue, releasing tension and adhered fascia. Gentle abdominal massage is offered with the treatment, please request when scheduling.

Contraindicated for neuropathy, numbness, or thin skin.

SCALP, FACE, & NECK MASSAGE

Enjoy a soothing scalp massage, neck massage, and face massage tailored to your pressure preferences. Clothes on option for neck only, or draped option for shoulder inclusion in massage.

​HOT STONE MASSAGE

Enjoy additional heat with a hot stone massage, utilizing heated, smooth Basalt stones as part of the massage. Our practitioner also uses stone tapping techniques that activate bone marrow and gentle guasha scraping techniques to release bound fascia. 

Pressure Scale: 3-8
Contraindicated for those who have nerve issues that limit heat and pressure discernment. 

​INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE

Combine treatments in a mix and match session with our healing artist as a guide to create a personalized treatment specific to your wants and needs. Hot Stone is not automatically included in integrative massage. Scheduling hot stones is possible with integrative massage with a price increase of $30.00 and will need to be requested at the time of scheduling.

​SHIATSU

Shiatsu is a Japanese style massage that utilizes deep pressure holds in measured sequence along the meridian lines of the body. Masunaga abdominal massage is offered with all Shiatsu treatments, please request when scheduling. Hour long sessions include 15 minutes of acupressure or passive stretching.

Pressure Scale: 5 -10
Contraindicated for those who have hemophilia.

​REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology uses firm pressure holds and hand manipulations of the hands and feet to work with the organs and structures of the body, inviting the body to restore its natural balance. Each reflexology session includes an optional complimentary foot steam with warm towels and passive stretching as part of the treatment.

Pressure scale: 5 - 10
Contraindicated if the skin on the hands and feet is thin or  tears easily.

​ACUPRESSURE

Acupressure is a Japanese treatment that uses light pressure holds for extended periods of time on specific acupoints (pressure points) based on client needs. Acupressure is applicable not only to physical ailments, but also to spiritual, emotional, and mental areas of discernment. 

Pressure scale: 0 - 3

​PASSIVE STRETCH

Bring comfortable, non-revealing clothes for this treatment. Passive stretching uses a series of therapeutic stretches to increase circulation and release tension. This technique helps clear brain fog, resets the nervous system, and improves circulation. You will be working closely with the therapist to prevent overstretching. This treatment can be compared to partner yoga and Thai Massage techniques.

Pressure scale: 3-7

​PRE-NATAL MASSAGE

This massage uses a side to side laying technique to allow for the comfort of the mom and baby. Pre-natal massage works with Primary Care Physician guidance and is contraindicated for the first trimester of pregnancy. Birthing preparation includes massage or acupressure to assist in helping mom bring baby into the world.

Pressure scale: 1 - 4 with very light pressure on inner legs, arms, and ankles.

​REIKI

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that invites the Universal Energy to flow from the practitioner's hands to the client, supporting and encouraging emotional, energetic, and physical wellbeing.

20 MINUTE RESET

TUNING FORKS

Choose any clothes-on modality (Acupressure, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Passive Stretch) for a 20 minute bodywork session to reset your day. Perfect for lunch hours and localized body therapy. $20 Session. The 20 min reset is intended to be a stand alone treatment and cannot be scheduled back to back for the same individual. 

Kristina has sets of tuning forks for the Chakra System and the Organ System. This form of sound and vibration therapy can ease your body into subtle relaxation while harmonizing your body to the optimal frequency of operation. Add on to any treatment or use as a stand alone treatment. 

​REMOTE/DISTANCE ENERGY WORK

Time and space are an illusion provided by our reality. Remote healing bends time and space in the quantum realm allowing work to be done with any distance. Choose from Reiki, Acupressure, or Resonance Alchemy. Sessions should be scheduled at a time when you can lay down to receive work. Payment can be made through Venmo, PayPal, or Credit Card over the phone the day after session unless other arrangements have been made. If payment is not received, all future sessions will be forfeit. 

ACUPRESSURE GUIDED MEDITATION

Let Kristina guide you through a meditation while using acupressure points to work through projects that require transmutation. Find you own inner healer, work with your inner child, and more! This type of work requires an established relationship with client and practitioner due to its vulnerable nature; therefore, this treatment requires that you have had at least 3 prior treatments with Kristina, one must be acupressure. Weekend appointments ONLY.

​exposing only the area of the body that is currently being worked on. Please be aware that Hot Stone Massage does use
a diaper style drape when face down, but uses towels as additional drapes. Treatments not specifically denoted as massage are clothes-on treatments.
